1.Photo copy of the Financial document with ‘Certify True Copy’ of the bank 银行印章及银行负责人签名
a) Current Fixed Deposit Statement. 定期存款存据 or
b) Current Bank Statement 银行储蓄存据
2. Marriage Certificate (husband and wife going together) 结婚证书
3. Birth Certificate (children going with parent) 小孩报生纸
4. Company Registration Form (Form 49) or Business license(Owner/Managing Director)
